The new catering menu available at UC Events and Conferencing features a range of menu styles suitable for small to large events.
If your after something a bit different, please contact us as our Head Chef will be happy to assist you in developing a menu specifically designed for your event.

We offer a range of vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free food items across our menus to meet many of the dietary requirements of your guests. We are also able to provide Halal Certified food and other dietary requirements on request.
Individual dietary meals are available on request at an additional charge.
