We currently offer classes in Yoga, HIIT, Core-Yoga, Cardio-Box, Kickboxing, Strength, Core and Tai Chi. Click here to view full details of our classes. To register on-line, please email your request at least two hours before the class begins.
Please note our class sizes are limited and the class may already be full. If a class is full and your registration has not been successful we will call you to let you know about it and discuss alternative class times.
*Please also note that the 7.30am Strength class on Wednesday mornings will only go ahead each week if people have booked in for the class, so please make sure you do so if you plan on coming to this class.
- All participants must arrive and check in (Building 29 Reception) at least 5 minutes prior to class commencement to get their Class Pass. No Pass = No Class.
- Any participant arriving for a class after the start time will be denied entry.
- Can only book a class up to 1 week in advance.
