We currently offer classes in Core, Cross-Training, HIIT, Kickboxing, Tai Chi and Yoga. Click here to view full details of our classes. To register on-line, please send your request at least two hours before the class begins.
Please note our class sizes are limited and the class may already be full. If a class is full and your registration has not been successful we will call you to let you know about it and discuss alternative class times.
- All participants must arrive and check in (Building 29 Reception) at least 5 minutes prior to class commencement to get their Class Pass. No Pass = No Class.
- Any member arriving for a class after the class has started will be denied entry.
- Can only book a class up to 1 week in advance.
