We currently offer classes in Yoga, HIIT, Core Flow, Kickboxing, Strength, Core and Tai Chi.
Unlocked gives you supervised access to our functional fitness room for your own workouts. Equipment includes kettlebells, battleropes, deadballs, power sleds, boxing bag, olympic bars and more!

UCFit! Member – Online Group Fitness Class Registration.
The above link will ask for a username & password. Your Username is the email address that you provided UCFit! upon signing up. To set a password, you will need to click on the ‘forgot username/password’. We will send an automated temporary password to the email address used as your username. Once into the site, go to the ‘Book Online’ tab.

- All participants must arrive and check in (Building 29 Reception) at least 5 minutes prior to class commencement to get their Class Pass. No Pass = No Class.
- Any participant arriving for a class after the start time will be denied entry.
- Can only book a class up to 1 week in advance.
