CORE is an efficient, challenging 15 minute workout that will help you strengthen, stabilise and tighten your abdominal and core muscles. Reap the benefits of greater balance and stability, better posture, and strength in everything you do.
STRENGTH provides a challenging workout with the goal of becoming stronger and increasing power. You will learn to use a range of equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, power sleds, power bands and more to perform movements within varied workout formats to keep you constantly entertained, motivated and achieving results.
STRENGTH GYM 30 takes you into a whole new space around the gym floor for an experience like no other. Utilising equipment in the gym and various training formats, expect a great pump and rush of endorphins at the end of your session.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) involves repeated bursts of high intensity activity followed by varied recovery periods. Perfect if you are looking to maximize fat burn while maintaining muscle mass, improve cardiovascular fitness and enjoy a high energy, engaging workout.
KICKBOXING incorporates a combination of kicks, punches & fitness drills in a fun safe environment. Kickboxing Sessions will help you to improve overall fitness, strength & reaction speeds whilst developing coordination & self-defense techniques.
YOGA is a practice that harnesses your body and breath in mindful movement. Suitable for all ages and abilities, our yoga class will assist you in increasing mobility and strength, while helping to reduce tension and stress.
CARDIO GYM 30 gives you an intense cardio workout within the gym setting. This class will use a combination of cardio machines and bodyweight exercises in short intervals to push you to your limits all in 30 minutes. This class is all our intensity, not duration.
BOOTCAMP combines a challenging environment for you to enjoy your sweat session whilst you share the process with likeminded people. Utilising a variety of training formats to keep your heart rate up, come prepared with a mindset to give it all for the whole 60.
