CORE is an efficient, challenging workout that will help you strengthen, stabilise and tighten your abdominal and core muscles. Reap the benefits of greater balance and stability, better posture, and strength in everything you do.
STRENGTH provides a challenging workout with the goal of becoming stronger and increasing power. You will learn to use a range of equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, power sleds, power bands and more to perform movements within varied workout formats to keep you constantly entertained, motivated and achieving results.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) involves repeated bursts of high intensity activity followed by varied recovery periods. Perfect if you are looking to maximize fat burn while maintaining muscle mass, improve cardiovascular fitness and enjoy a high energy, engaging workout.
KICKBOXING incorporates a combination of kicks, punches & fitness drills in a fun safe environment. Kickboxing Sessions will help you to improve overall fitness, strength & reaction speeds whilst developing coordination & self-defense techniques.
YOGA is a practice that harnesses your body and breath in mindful movement. Suitable for all ages and abilities, our yoga class will assist you in increasing mobility and strength, while helping to reduce tension and stress.
CORE FLOW is a light to moderate intense blend of Yoga and Pilates movements that focuses on awareness and stability of the abdominal, back and pelvic muscles. This class involves Vinyasa Flow transitions combined with traditional floor Pilates movements.
CARDIO-BOX combines a fun and effective cardio workout with the resistance of boxing. Using focus mitts and gloves, you will be led through repeated bursts of activity involving correct boxing techniques and drills as well as general conditioning exercises. Helping you to improve your overall fitness, speed and endurance as well as strength, agility and reaction times.
RETURNING IN SEMESTER 2
