CROSS-TRAINING combines various strength and cardio based exercises, performed within varied workout formats to provide you with a fun and challenging full body workout. This class will keep you constantly entertained, motivated and help you to achieve improved total fitness, as well as reduce the risk of injury.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) involves repeated bursts of high intensity activity followed by varied recovery periods. Perfect if you are looking to maximize fat burn while maintaining muscle mass, improve cardiovascular fitness and enjoy a high energy, engaging workout .
KICKBOXING incorporates a combination of kicks, punches & fitness drills in a fun safe environment. Kickboxing Sessions will help you to improve overall fitness, strength & reaction speeds whilst developing coordination & self-defense techniques.
TAI CHI is both a martial art and the embodiment of certain philosophical principles. This class will help you in not only increasing physical health, but also improving psychological and philosophical functioning and insights into a profound worldview.
YOGA is a dynamic & free flowing class that challenges you mentally & physically. Suitable for all levels, our yoga class will assist you to improve concentration and breathing, enhance flexibility & strengthen your body as well as help you to achieve greater calmness of the spirit.
