The Gym consists of machine weights, light to medium weighted dumbbells and barbells, weight racks and a lifting platform.
There is allocated space for those who want to do stretching, abdominal and/or body weight exercises.
The cardio component of the Gym comprises of Elliptical Trainers, Treadmills, Upright and Recumbent Bikes, Rowing Machines and Adaptive Motion Trainers.
If you are after a non-commercial gym with a friendly and welcoming vibe, then we are the right place for you.
You don’t need to have an association with University of Canberra to use our facilities, just need to be 16 years and older.
To use the Gym, you can pay as a casual member or join up to one of our many memberships.
