UCFit! gym is located in Building 29 at the University of Canberra.
Our gym is equipped with:
- Machine weights
- Light to medium weighted dumbbells
- Barbells and medicine balls
- Squat rack
- Smith machine
- Lifting platform.
- Allocated space for stretching, abdominal and body weight exercises.
The cardio component of the gym includes:
- Cross trainers
- Upright, recumbent and spin bikes
- Rowing machines
- Adaptive motion trainers
We also offer a free, individualised exercise program to every member. This can be updated to keep your workouts challenging and keep you motivated! There is a new workout of the week displayed in the gym each week to give you some workout inspiration and we are also working on building a database of exercise technique videos to help you perform exercises safely and effectively.
If you are after a non-commercial gym with a friendly and welcoming vibe, then we are the right place for you!
You don’t need to have an association with the University of Canberra to use our facilities, you just need to be 16 years or older.
We have a variety of affordable membership options as well as casual visit passes.
