Gym Programs run for up to an hour with appointment times; 2:15, 3:45pm, 5:15pm, 6:45pm & 8:15pm Week days.
We aim to make fitness a part of your daily life and to help you reach your goal, every new member receives a free Gym exercise program with one of our qualified instructors.

Exercise Physiology Students
We are pleased to announce that we have Exercise Physiology (EP) students gaining their placement hours through UCFit! The students are fully supervised by a qualified fitness professional and the program is overseen by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. As such, we are looking for members, who wish to improve their health and fitness and are interested in being trained by the next professionals. These 45 minute sessions are available to all UC Fit! Gym members.
