Individual Gym Exercise Program
We aim to make fitness a part of your daily life and want to help you reach your goals, so every new member receives a free gym exercise program with one of our qualified personal trainers.
Gym programs are available for up to an hour with appointment times at 5:15pm, 6:45pm & 8:15pm weekdays.
You can have it regularly updated to keep your workout challenging and exciting, or just check in with us to keep you focused. Bookings essential.

Exercise Physiology Students
University of Canberra Exercise Physiology students gain their placement hours through UCFitX. The students are fully supervised by a qualified fitness professional and the program is overseen by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. As such, we are looking for members, who wish to improve their health and fitness and are interested in being trained by the next professionals.
These 45 minute sessions are FREE to all UCFitX gym members.
