UC Fit! is running introductory sport & recreational courses this semester.
- Floor Pilates
- Kick Boxing
- Tai Chi
- Self Defence
- Surf Trip
Each course is open to anyone interested, running once a week for 1 hour, over 6 consecutive weeks.
The exceptions, being Surf Trip (1 day trip), Self Defence (1 day workshop) & Golf (4 lessons).
All courses are scheduled to run in March.
